“Andrew did some repair work on a sofa and loveseat for my wife and me last week. The repairs involved some rips through the leather, as well as some worn out and scratched areas.
The work was done promptly and thoroughly. While a repair to one of the rips -- a 2" - 3" tear -- did not restore it to factory conditions, it was extremely close, and takes effort to find any difference. And all the dye work was a perfect match to our 10-year-old brown leather.
Andrew is friendly, prompt, professional, and above all conscientious. He seems to take immense pride in his work, and he labored non-stop for the better part of a workday. I'm talking about the major work done in our home; as part of the initial visit, he took a footrest with him, to repair off site (and to get a head start on mixing an appropriate dye).
Keep in mind that this service is not cheap, but I'd say it was one of those cases of "you get what you pay for." All the repairs were certainly better than anything we could have done ourselves.”
