My favorite 1830 slant top writing desk had a rotting crumbling leather insert. This was a new project that Fibrenew tackled with much research and then effort in finding a suitable insert thin enough. The new surface is a perfect feel for this antique and restored thus desk to something that's a pleasure to use.
