Andrew and Joanne got to my house when they said they would, even texting me when they were on their way. They were up front about what the repair would look like and other options they could offer me. They were able to make the repair in about 1.5 hours. I was super satisfied with the repair. As he told me, it would not be 100% perfect due to the nature of the tear and leather perforations, but it is close enough.
