“What a great experience! I unfortunately had a rip in my leather car seat. After it not being covered by the car's warranty, I found Andrew's Fibrenew website. I was impressed by the before/after pics and positive reviews, so I gave it a shot. Andrew was very responsive, got the estimate to me within a day, and we were able to schedule the repair within a week. Andrew and Joanne got to my house when they said they would, even texting me when they were on their way. They were up front about what the repair would look like and other options they could offer me. They were able to make the repair in about 1.5 hours. I was super satisfied with the repair. As he told me, it would not be 100% perfect due to the nature of the tear and leather perforations, but it is close enough. There is no more tear and it was a fraction of the cost of manufacturer replacement. I will definitely be recommending Fibrenew Albany to my friends and family.
