So I'm not one to leave reviews however this needs to be said.
My son used permanent black marker on my brand new about 4 month old SUV on the headliner 2 marks approximately 3 inches each.
I used my warranty service that I bought, but rarely purchase from the dealer. So they scheduled an appointment with Fibrenew and they arrived. My expectations were very low that this would come out. So they arrived small business Husband and Wife team and took a look and got right on it. They explained in detail what they would do and not do and why. About 20 minutes later they knocked on the door and said it was done and completely out. I was like OMG no way. I took a look and it was gone.
They were very professional and got the job done.

They were fantastic about communicating with me to schedule a time for them to work on my car, and I couldn't believe how well they did at getting out stubborn stains. They even gave me helpful hints for cleaning future stains that would arise, based on my 4 kids and 2 dogs. The seats in my car look like new now!!
I had a pretty badly stained leather seat from a car seat protector and this husband/wife team did a phenomenal job retiring it to like new condition. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of restoring their vehicle upholstery or leather. I would use them again and again even for general cleaning of the leather seats. I wish I could upload pictures of before & after.

They did a superb job repairing two 29.5 year old vinyl siding corner posts. They found the exact same style post (after going to 5 different suppliers) and matched the color perfectly. Their professionalism and customer service is exemplary. I can't recommend their services high enough will call them again for any repair that they perform.
I had to get a repair done to the perforated leather backseat of my car. The team from Fibrenew did a fantastic job! They were very friendly and communicative through the whole process. Best of all, I can barely tell the cut was ever there. Highly recommended!
I contacted them to fix a tear in my sofa. Instead of taking my money, they advised me that they would not be able to fix it because of the type of material my furniture is and that the repair would not last. They also advised me on what I could do to fix it myself and gave me good information of where to buy furniture in the future and what type of furniture to look for. These people are honest and trustworthy!!! I will absolutely do business with them in the future, although I was not able to this time around.

We had a leather recliner that required repairs due to scuff marks on both corners of the chair and needed restuffing. Robert and Chelsey were very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Fibrenew is a wonderful company. They came to my home examined my chairs said they could clean them and quoted me a price. Two days later they came back on time took about 45 minutes and I had 6 dining room chair cushions that looked brand new. You could never tell they had been stained. They saved us a lot of money as I thought we might have to replace the chair cushions because of the stains. They are very passionate about their work and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Robert and Chelsey were personable, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They were sent to us by a local furniture company to correct problems with some of our new furniture. Some issues were not fixable, due to no fault of them, but they did their absolute best to make what could be fixed right. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to call them in the future if I need furniture repairs of any kind.
Robert did a great job repairing our new leather recliner, it required replacement cushions that were under warranty. He thoroughly explained how and why cushions from a brand new chair needed replacement with issues from the foam manufacturing. When done with the repair he saw our old recliners and took a look at them. He found that one of the recliners had a broken mechanism. He took the time to contact a local vendor to obtain a new mechanism for the chair and Robert will be able to replace it at an extremely reasonable price.

Fibrenew Hampton Roads came out to my home to repair a recliner for me. They called ahead to let me know when they would arrive and they were right on time. They came with everything needed for the repair. Robert and his wife are a team and worked together Harmoniously, and professionally in making the repairs to my chair. When they had torn the chair down they found some manufacturers problems which they also repaired at no cost to me. They replaced all the foam in the recliner seat as well even though the problem they came to fix was in the leg rest. They went Way above the requirement they were there to fix, but because of their need to have things done right and their open desire to strive for perfection they did all this additional work without any cost to me. Needless to say, when they left my recliner was better and more comfortable than when I bought it new. This young couple who also own Fibrenew Hampton Roads are to be commended for their integrity, and their honest way of doing business which is not found too often.in today's businesses. I proudly recommend them to anyone needing their many different types of specialties that I was amazed they did.

I had a leather jacket that I bought in Morocco several years ago and I got a tear in it to the left of the lapel. Robert and Chelsey did a fantastic job restoring our 16+ year old leather sectional sofa. The sofa has been though several moves and 6 months in storage. The headrests and arms were especially worn and discolored, there were several tears from the various moves, and a cushion corner had been crushed. All of these defects were fixed with no trace. It looks great again and seems ready for another 16 years. Robert and Chelsey were wonderful to work with consisent communication on when they would visit including a text when they were on the way. We had them visit twice, first for a thorough cleaning and quotes on the defects and discoloration, then a return visit to do the repairs. They explained the work needed, options and costs (very reasonable) and they worked non-stop and were very respectful of our time and belongings. I will certainly hire them for any leather, vinyl or other restoration services and am recommending them to my large community of neighbors.

After years of looking for a restoration company and trying various DIY techniques to revive my leather headboard I found Fibrenew. Robert and Chelsey were responsive to my inquiries and suggestions during the restoration process and selecting the best materials. The craftsmanship and creativity of Robert and Chelsey brought my European four poster bed back to life. My headboard had a huge oil stain which I could only conceal by using pillows. They gave me several options for restoration, I decided to go with their recommendation to purchase a cow hid. The attention to detail in reupholstering the headboard exceeded my expectations. I was amazed when they came to reinstall my headboard…it looked better than the original headboard. We had Chelsey Pegram repair our leather couch. There were large holes from where our Havanese puppy had learned to chew several years ago. We thought the holes were with us for life... but wait!!!... Our beautiful blue leather couch has been renewed and we are so very pleased. My company, Conscientious Carpet Care, can repair bleach spots on carpet but we never knew that leather couches could be so very well repaired. I highly recommend this company. The small puncture holes from our German Shepherd Jackson, may have been tiny, but in a marine environment can mean big headaches - water seeping into the cushions, excelerated sunrot, and not to mention the more costly expense of replacing them. We met Chelsey at the Hampton Roads RV Show, our Tiffin motorhome pleather was coming lose on our exterior door, we wanted to replace with leather, spoke to Robert who said that replacement was not something they could do currently, he did inquire with other franchises who have done RV doors and they were not available to come to Newport News. I totally respect the professionalism of someone who admits when they cannot do something, (our window was an issue, they could not guarantees the window would seal back properly) , he did say they could repair, they both came out today and did a nice repair on the door that appears pretty permanent, which is what we needed until we go to Red Bay Alabama (Home of Tiffin Motorhomes) to get the full replacement. Repair took an hour, their pricing is very fair. If your RV needs repair for Leather, Vinyl, Pleather, don't wait 6 months for the RV dealer, give them a call
Repair looks awesome. It's virtually invisible if you didn't know where to look and difficult to see if you do. It's 100% better than the repair I made when it originally happened. Don't fix it yourself go directly to Fibrenew you won't be disappointed.

This was a top-notch operation from beginning to end. I had a large tear in my leather seatback. Robert suggested that a new seatback cover would give the best result, and a repair could be better than the current condition but not as perfect. I agreed - but then he found that his key supplier"s price turned out to be much higher than what he was told originally. He apologized even though it was no fault of his. Back to the repair plan.
I wasn't expecting much -- the tear was over 12 inches and an irregular pattern, making it a challenge. However I was very pleasantly surprised at the end result. It's an older SUV so nobody expects perfection. The result I would rate as Very Good.

These folks were able to give me an estimate based on my pictures. Once we made an appointment, Chelsey (one of the owners) came to my house and worked on the project (a large burn hole in a leather car seat). It was all so easy. The finished job was beautiful. Unless you know where to look you would never know there had been a hole in the seat. And even when you do know where to look, you might not be able to spot where it was repaired. Chelsey was so sweet and accommodating and very good at what she does. I'm VERY impressed and happy!
We called Fibrenew after a few of our couch legs were damaged during a move (in addition to a rip in the fabric) and Robert did an excellent job! The Doctor is in the house! 2007 Mustang GT ‘vert that had driver's side seat seam splitting with age. No one in northern VA where we were living at the time was interested in repair but found Fibrenew doing a search here in Hampton Roads. Got a solid estimate and a quick date with repair at our home. What an amazing service!! Where have you been all my life this has just been the best experience. I had a stain on my car's leather seat and I think I was making it worse by cleaning it. They offered the suggestion to go ahead and dye the leather I was a little concerned if it would match but I had to just trust. So I left them alone they let me know when they were done I came out and voila it was perfect! I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone. It's just such a neat service they come right to you! I also love that they are passionate about their business and helping to decrease items in the landfill by repairing versus dumping. High quality workmanship, that simple. From the beginning, Chelsey was thorough explaining scope of work and the overall process to fix a tear in my leather seat. When she came out she was nice, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. The work honestly got finished faster than I expected which was great and I'd bet my money that nobody would be able to know there was a tear in the seat. Overall I'd recommend Fibrenew any day of the week. Hopefully this doesn't happen to me again, but if it does I know who to call.
