Two days later they came back on time took about 45 minutes and I had 6 dining room chair cushions that looked brand new. You could never tell they had been stained. “So I’m not one to leave reviews however this needs to be said.
My son used permanent black marker on my brand new about 4 month old SUV on the headliner 2 marks approximately 3 inches each.
I used my warranty service that I bought, but rarely purchase from the dealer. So they scheduled an appointment with Fibrenew and they arrived. My expectations were very low that this would come out. So they arrived small business Husband and Wife team and took a look and got right on it. They explained in detail what they would do and not do and why. About 20 minutes later they knocked on the door and said it was done and completely out. I was like OMG no way. I took a look and it was gone.
They were very professional and got the job done.
