“Robert did a great job repairing our new leather recliner, it required replacement cushions that were under warranty. He thoroughly explained how and why cushions from a brand new chair needed replacement with issues from the foam manufacturing. When done with the repair he saw our old recliners and took a look at them. He found that one of the recliners had a broken mechanism.
