“Fibrenew Hampton Roads came out to my home to repair a recliner for me. They called ahead to let me know when they would arrive and they were right on time. They came with everything needed for the repair. Robert and his wife are a team and worked together Harmoniously, and professionally in making the repairs to my chair. When they had torn the chair down they found some manufacturers problems which they also repaired at no cost to me. They replaced all the foam in the recliner seat as well even though the problem they came to fix was in the leg rest. They went Way above the requirement they were there to fix, but because of their need to have things done right and their open desire to strive for perfection they did all this additional work without any cost to me. Needless to say, when they left my recliner was better and more comfortable than when I bought it new. This young couple who also own Fibrenew Hampton Roads are to be commended for their integrity, and their honest way of doing business which is not found too often.in today's businesses. I proudly recommend them to anyone needing their many different types of specialties that I was amazed they did.”
