I spoke with Jeff on the phone and he asked me to send pictures and then gave me an estimate depending upon how much work needed to be done. Jeff & Kim arrive on time, and proceeded to repair the sagging cushions which offered no support whatsoever. they disassembled and reinforced them additional foam. they were very helpful, professional, and conscientious.
