“We met Chelsey at the Hampton Roads RV Show, our Tiffin motorhome pleather was coming lose on our exterior door, we wanted to replace with leather, spoke to Robert who said that replacement was not something they could do currently, he did inquire with other franchises who have done RV doors and they were not available to come to Newport News. I totally respect the professionalism of someone who admits when they cannot do something, (our window was an issue, they could not guarantees the window would seal back properly) , he did say they could repair, they both came out today and did a nice repair on the door that appears pretty permanent, which is what we needed until we go to Red Bay Alabama (Home of Tiffin Motorhomes) to get the full replacement.
