“This was a top-notch operation from beginning to end. I had a large tear in my leather seatback. Robert suggested that a new seatback cover would give the best result, and a repair could be better than the current condition but not as perfect. I agreed - but then he found that his key supplier"s price turned out to be much higher than what he was told originally. He apologized even though it was no fault of his. Back to the repair plan.
I wasn't expecting much -- the tear was over 12 inches and an irregular pattern, making it a challenge. However I was very pleasantly surprised at the end result. It's an older SUV so nobody expects perfection. The result I would rate as Very Good.
