More importantly, I want to apologize for being such a dreadful client! I failed to respond to your 2 or 3 VMs, forgot the appointment I finally made with you, bristled when I found you leaving my place, and immediately disappeared into the shower without offering you coffee, water, or a word of thanks.
So many thanks for your calm persistence, charming equanimity, and skillful repairs. I am truly sorry for seeming so totally uncooperative and hope you will forgive me.
