“I was happy to find Fibrenew online after having ordered a leather color balm to try and fill in worn areas on our sofa.The balm did ok in filling in the cracks, but didn't match our dark brown sofa and had a more reddish tone to it. When I contacted the supplier, the advice I received was to purchase their black balm and incrementally mix and apply until I had the desired color! Very high tech lol! It was then I knew I needed help! Went online and was very impressed by Fibrenew's reviews and the process for receiving a quote for service before having someone come out. Spoke with Branan Wagaman who responded to my quote in a timely fashion, asked me additional questions and set an appointment to come out. After Branan finished work on what I'd messed up, as well as taking care of small areas on other cushions, I was blown away at how professional the whole process was. He not only PERFECTLY matched the color of our sofa but also smoothed out a rough area on one cushion. The bill was in line with my initial quote and I am totally satisfied with the work Branan did and would highly recommend him to anyone that needs help with anything leather in your home or car. Trust me, don't try doing this yourself!”
