“Contacted Fibrenew to fix a tear in the driver seat of my car (BMW M240i) and to restore the steering wheel. After years of being parked outside, the leather was starting to rip in spots and get rough patches.
Jared contacted me after I reached out to them online. He looked at the photos of the seat, gave me a price, and scheduled service for the next day. He arrived early, surveyed the damage in person, and proceeded to fix the tear in the seat and set to work restoring the steering wheel. The work is excellent and saved me hours of headache (and having to buy the supplies to make the repairs myself).
The steering wheel is probably gonna need a re-dye and finish (which I'll schedule later) but even without having the full refinish done it's in significantly better shape than it was before he worked on it.
They're friendly, fairly priced, show up on time, and do the work. No surprise extra charges, no "oh this didn't look as bad in the pictures so now I have to charge you more", none of that. Just shows up, does the job, makes sure you're happy. Couldn't ask for more.
Will absolutely be using them for any future issues and will advise everyone I know to do the same.”
