We had a giant rip in our brand new Lincoln Navigator seat. It was going to cost thousands to replace the seat at the dealership. They said how about you let us fix it. They took it for a few hours and it looked brand new and I couldn't even tell which seat it was!!! . The seats are a rare color and the leather with the capability of heat or cooling. It looked perfect and they were so great and saved us a ton! We will be using them for everything.

I am very impressed with Fibrenew's services. I have some couches that (I thought) were leather with some minor cat scratches on them. I called them out and they were fast to respond and set up a repair appointment. Upon initial inspection, they determined that my couches weren't leather as I thought they were. Instead of charging me to fix them and taking my money, they chose to be honest with me and tell me that my couches weren't leather like I thought, and that it wasn't worth it to fix them because they will start peeling back up within a year or two, so it was best to sell and buy something that can be repaired. They were very knowledgeable, nice, and professional. I HIGHLY recommend them for upholstery, vinyl or leather repair, and more! Their honesty has made me a customer for life. I really appreciate the fact that they weren't just there to do a job and run, knowing that I would have problems again within a year. Instead, they were good, honest people, and that is hard to come by.

We we so pleased with our sofa and loveseat restoration! They look amazing! They were so friendly and professional as well. We would highly them.
These ladies know what they're doing and they did an excellent job. I had a hard time finding the color and they spent time with me to try to match the colors to original the best that we could. They got the vinyl in and it was discovered that it was a faulty vinyl. They were not satisfied with the product and called me immediately to tell me what was going on. The communication was great through the process and once we got in the correct and good vinyl they turned the project around in only a day. I was very impressed because they look like new. I would highly recommend Fibrenew!

We had some fairly deep cuts in our light gray sofa. We assumed there was nothing that could be done to salvage it. However, we were more than pleasantly surprised by the work Fibrenew Heart of Texas did. The marks are practically invisible and the sofa looks brand new again. Plus, these two ladies are so friendly and sweet. We have a shy dog who warmed up to them both almost instantly. We felt so comfortable having them in our home. We had a great experience and highly recommend them.
I recently (November 2020) took delivery of my sofa that had been in storage while I was building a home. The sofa got delivered with a strange film. I asked the Moving/Storage company to get an expert out to my home to restore/clean the sofa back to normal. I had family in town to the urgency was heighten. Fibrenew literally came out within 24 hours of us talking and completely made the couch look like new. This is an expensive Restoration Hardware custom made piece of furniture so it really needed the right level of TLC and expertise. The Fibrenew team did an amazing job and I will be recommending them to any I know. They also do maintenance on leather furniture and I will also be using their services for that.

We had a hail damaged vehicle that we were in the process of repairing when we caused some scratches on a 2020 Ford Escape dashboard. We were sure that it would have to be replaced. We decided to call Fibrenew to see what, if anything, could be done. They came out and repaired the damage within minutes! We were impressed and so were the owners of the SUV. It cost us barely a fraction of a replacement dash. I will use these folks every chance we get! Great service and fantastic work!

Kelli and Taisa Smith came out and fixed a burn hole in my wifes Rav4 Limited leather(my fault). I was worried since its such a light gray. But after they finished you can't tell it ever had a burn it in. Looks brand new again. Definitely keeping their contact info for future use.

After months of trying to get American Homepatient to fix the ripped out seat on my wheelchair, to no avail because they NEVER called me back, I contacted Fibrenew Heart of Texas. They did an OUTSTANDING job!! They made me a custom seat WITH memory foam padding and used grommets on the holes that attach the seat to the frame to help prevent future tearing.
The original seat had no grommets and ripped out from where the screws attached it to the frame. It also had zero cushion.
It's really great!! I sit taller again and am not almost sliding out of the front of the chair...it was bad. It is much more comfortable too. I'm so thankful to Kelli at Fibrenew for getting me all squared away.

We loved our old ottomans. The size, shape, and color were just what we wanted again but could not find a replacement. We have been married 48 years but never have had anything reupholstered. OMG! So happy we found these talented ladies! We own a 1956 Ford Victoria Classic Beauty which suddenly had tear in the vinyl trim of the seat. We were just "sick" when we saw it! NOPE!
