“A few areas on the cushions of my leather sofa were starting to peel. I filed a claim with Levin Furniture which was denied, stating it was normal wear and tear. After going back and forth, I was able to get my warranty cost refunded. I contacted Tom at Fibrenew and he was able to schedule the at home repair within a week. Tom was extremely courteous and very professional. I was worried about the repair blending in since it was a mottled finish but Tom was able to match the colors extremely well and you can't see where the preexisting damage was. We were considering just putting up with the peeling for another year and then replacing the sofa but we paid $3500 for the set and it was only 4 years old. I am expecting other areas to eventually start to peel but when they do, I'll know who to call for the repair.”
