Her website is equipped to receive photos of my project, so she already knew what to expect. She arrived promptly, assessed the job, and repaired (a few small rips and some delamination on the seats) 4 pieces of leather furniture. Everything was done to my satisfaction in just a few hours! Color-matching was spot on. I was about to replace all 4 pieces but now I don't need to do that! Leather repairers are becoming harder to find in my area. These folks are definitely worth a look if you need repairs done in the greater Tacoma area.”
