Used warranty and insurance claims programs in the past and they have been hit or miss. That is not the case with Fibrenew. The claims process was super easy, accessible thru my cell phone and it all just works. the Technician Kevin was spot on time, communicated with me the course of action on my issue and showed me the work once completed; all with a genuine kind heartedness not easily found these days. Repaired a tear in a corner of our leather sectional. Very professional, and did a great job matching the material and color around the tear. You can't even tell there was a repair unless you knew precisely what to look for.
Kevin took the time to explain the steps needed to put the color back into my off white leather seat and grab handle. He masked off area to be repaired in detail- including the black stitching. He did excellent job of matching color and topped of color coat with a protective coat. Great job Kevin and at a reasonable price.
I wish I would have taken a before picture. My couch was scratched by a cat and dog in several places. Some longer and deeper scratches and others were more shallow. The couch looks great! He was in my house for about 4 hours. Was very respectful and professional. I highly recommend this company/family!

Fibrenew did a wonderful job on fixing a tear in my seat. They were very responsive and scheduled my job quickly. They drove a couple hours in the rain to work on my car. Finished the job in a few hours and I can barely see where the tear was! Super sweet couple!! I highly recommend!

My seats are beautiful! Marie and Kevin from Fibrenew are easy to work with. Only problem is my drivers side seat controls do not work.
Marie and Kevin did an excellent job repairing a tear and some scrapes on the floor in our fifth wheel. It was done so well even knowing exactly were the damage was I can not tell where it was repaired. What wonderful people they are to work with, so nice, professional and respectful of our rig. Would not hesitate to use them again or recommend to anyone needing their services.
