“We bought a brand new couch that unfortunately our dog's flea and tick medicine (which we no longer use THAT brand) literally took the color off of the couch. We contacted Fibrenew and I sent Julie pictures. She knew what kind of leather it was and actually looked up the brand etc. She told me she couldn't make it perfect but that we would not notice it. I was okay with that...it was a taupe couch with white spots all over it....so anything would be better. However, Julie is brilliant and talented!!!! It IS perfect!!! I can't see or find where the spots were. She matched up the color/dye (not my area of expertise so not sure of the verbiage) up so perfectly that there is no way even I can see the spots and I know where they were!! Thank you Julie for your talent and for making my brand new couch, brand new again!!!!”
