I went on a quick errand, and by the time I came back the armrest looked like there was never any cracks at all. It blended expertly with the rest of the armrest, and unless you knew the blemish had been there, you would never even know it was. This saved me hundreds of dollars considering everyone else at car upholstery places had told me they had to remove the entire door panel and re-do all of the leather on the armrest. Top notch work.
