“One morning, I discovered a split in the leather on the driver's seat in our 5 year old car. A friend referred me to Rick and assured me that he would be able to repair it for me as he had done repairs on their leather couch and their cars. I sent a picture to Rick and he said he could repair it. I arranged a time to bring my car to him, although he also would have come to our home. When seeing the damage up close and in person, he ran his hand over it, went to get a spray bottle and soft cloth, saying he thought something was actually stuck to the leather that made it look torn. In a minute he had removed what turned out to be a pistachio husk -- no tear. What an honest guy!!”
