Derek replaced springs in 2, 20-year old LANE Recliners and now, they're like NEW. From initial inquiry online, to actual appt, he was quick to respond and showed up on time. Pricing was great and workmanship top notch. Highly recommend.

I rarely post reviews but feel compelled to inform people that Derek from Fibrenew provided the best homeowner service I've received in the last 5 years -- and that says a lot as we've had many. We had a Room & Board leather sofa that we were ready to give up on (it was very badly worn) and he restored it beautifully for a fraction of the price of a new sofa at a very reasonable price (others quoted higher) plus he handled the transportation to his shop (unlike others who quoted us). He also came back a year later and did some warranty repairs on the cushions without objection or asking for more money. He is a super nice guy with a passion for high quality and customer satisfaction. We had a fantastic experience and expect you will as well. I've attached 2 before photos and 1 after photo.
We have two leather couches and a chair that are 10 years old. The backs and sides were worn and my wife thought we should replace them. They were over $7,000 new and I thought we should give repair a try instead of replacement. Derek did a fabulous job, and unless you shine a bright light on the repaired areas, you would never know they aren't brand new. The color matching is perfect. Derek saved us thousands of dollars in a couple of hours. I can't recommend him enough.

My leather lounge chair had a very unique coloring to it, and although challenging for Derek, he put in extra time to ensure a great final product. He's meticulous, genuine, and overall a great person to work with, keeping quality, cost, and time at the forefront. I'll certainly use him for future leather refinishing needs and couldn't recommend him enough!

Derek Hanson recently repaired the arms of my leather sofa and chair. The results are amazing and the arms look like new again. Derek provides excellent customer service.
Got home from a camping trip and my slideout caught my RV vinyl flooring causing a nice rip/ tear in the floor. I recovered all the pieces, but found out my RV company no longer carries my vinyl flooring. I read a post online saying Fibrenew was a great company to use as they repair RV flooring. I then reached out to Derek Hanson of Fibrenew St. Paul East to see if he could travel to my location and fix my rip/tear. Not only did Derek travel to my location, he responded promptly to my emails and I did not have to wait long for him to repair my flooring. I would 100% recommend Derek to anyone needing any repairs, especially for RVs!! He did a great job in putting the pieces back to together to the point you can't even recognize there was a hole in the first place. Thank you very much Derek!!
Derek is Amazing! We have a Tahoe boat that had got a dye stain on it. Derek did a great job matching the vinyl color covering the stain. Very customer friendly! Highly recommend Derek and Fibrenew!

Derek was awesome! We had a sectional that had some damage from my kids jumping in them. We had contacted a few other places and some never responded some were not interested in helping. Derek not only fixed everything good as new he also came to the house and picked them up and brought them back!! He responded timely to calls and texts and was amazing to deal with!! Derek is amazing! I sent an email on the website and he responded to me the same day. He was very honest and unfront about prices and turnover time. He picked up our ottoman and had it finished the next day. You can't even tell where the seam was separating! It looks wonderful and we are very satisfied. Derek did a wonderful job on my daughter's leather sofa. It had several spots on one of the cushions that something spilled and took the color off.
