This is a 5 star review! We couldn't believe how awesome Jim did with the repair to our camper floor. There was a huge tear in the center of the vinyl flooring that was very noticeable (tore on three separate planks) and now you can't even notice where he repaired it! When we reached out to Jim he responded immediately and set our appointment up within days. It's so convenient that he came to our house (instead of hauling our camper somewhere). We will definitely use Jim again for any needs and will recommend him to all family and friends.
Jim at Fibrenew did an incredible job on my Porsche console. The console was covered with scratches and Jim perfectly matched the color and restored the console to a good-as-new condition. Jim was responsive and he provided quality service at a reasonable price. He’s a true craftsman and I will definitely use him again.
I have a fine Italian leather couch and two cars with marks and damage on the seats. Jim O'Brien responded immediately to my request, and provided an estimate on-site. The repairs were scheduled quickly and we are more than pleased. The couch is an odd taupe/gray color with a lavender hue. Jim custom mixed the color such that it matches perfectly. My husband and I could not see where the repaired area! I am more than pleased with the result. Do not toss your leather furniture. For a small price you can have it restored beautifully with Fibrenew. The best part is that it is onsite and reasonably priced. Very convenient and I highly recommend!
I have a 1978 Lincoln Continental Town Coupe' with only 3800 miles that I have owned since new, it is an award-winning show car that I am very proud of. Several weeks ago I discovered that a mouse chewed the leather on the rear lower seat very badly. I had been preparing the car for a Lincoln Continental National Event, and when I did discover the seat damage I thought that the seat may have been damaged beyond any repair. I emailed photos to Jim and said that it DIDN'T LOOK TO BAD. Long story short, the repairs were undetectable and my Lincoln won Best of Show at the National Event. Jim O'Brien is one talented man!

I can't tell you enough about how pleased I am with the results of Jim's artistic and time consuming labor in repairing my leather couch in the living room. One of my dogs managed to rip a jagged swatch about.10x3 inches in one of the cushions in addition to wearing the leather down to almost nothing in the other cushion. Jim was also very pleasant and easy to work with--he gave me a very fair estimate, came at my convenience, and in a matter of hours made my couch look like new--he saved me thousands of dollars--I would have had to replace the couch and probably not been able to match the color with the love seat and armchair. In fact, I can't believe how well he matched the unusual color in the couch--a truly aesthetically pleasing and practical result! Jim, thanks so much--you made my day!
