My chairs were in bad condition due primarily to neglect and many moves. I hired this company to restore these two chairs and I was shocked when they returned them. They look brand new!!! Can't say enough good things about this company and their staff.
Antoine at Fibrenew has transformed my leather- covered dining room chairs. They were only one year old and had started to develop white patches despite no water or damage on our part. In fact, we had only sat on them 4 times over the year. The custom furniture company, of course, accepted no responsibility. Recovering brand new chairs seemed crazy so I called Fibrenew. Initially they conditioned the leather and the markings disappeared, but then recurred 2 weeks later. Antoine returned and this time he dyed and sealed the chairs. They look great! I am confident this has solved the problem. He was professional and worked so hard. I greatly appreciated his help and the help of their scheduler, Brandi.

Brian is the real deal and I'd gladly recommend him to all my friends/family. Here's my story:
I recently acquired a (very) rare car that holds tremendous sentimental value to me. The BMW E39 5 series never came equipped with BMW's "cinnamon" interior- only European examples received it. Well, I somehow got my hands on a 2003 525iT wagon that had this exclusive "BMW Individual" Cinnamon interior- possibly the only one in the country. I currently have a 2000 528iT in alpine white that I'm rebuilding from the ground up and this was my ideal interior to swap in.
Though it was rare, it was also very beat up (15yrs and 195k miles would do that). The front seat had the most wear. As you can see in the photos, the front thigh bolster had some huge rips in it and the black threading (which looks fantastic against the cinnamon interior) was wearing/getting dirty. In addition, there was massive wear in the side bolsters. Also, the driver's side door panel was very worn. I was concerned this wasn't salvageable and that I was back to square one with my build. This is where Brian came in.
When he saw my seat, he laid out what he could do and what he couldn't. Every good salesperson understands the importance of managing expectations. Brian did just did- but managed to exceed what I thought could be done to restore these super old seat. My seat looks like new, has that "new leather feel," and the door card looks just like it came out of the factory back in 2003!
Special note on the door panel- Brian noticed the special black stitching and didn't just spray over it carelessly. Wanting to keep the original look and protect its exclusivity, he took the time to hand paint it with extreme attention to detail and it shows! It looks perfect.
I'm extremely excited to install all the new interior into my car and drive one of my "dream builds." It's all thanks to Brian that I get to experience it "how it was" back in its former days of glory.

Our leather sofa was badly damaged in a recent move – including a nasty tear on the front of our sofa, right on a crease, which would be incredibly hard to repair. I couldn’t imagine that any of the damage could be fixed or fixed well. Nick came (super friendly and professional, by the way) and he did an amazing job!! It looks like new!! I highly recommend. I am thrilled with the excellent work Nick did to repair the worn condition of my older E320 Mercedes front seats to give them a virtually "brand new" appearance! I am a Real Estate Broker, and the passenger seat of my car has had a lot of wear and tear - especially when clients have hard-edge items like keys, cell phones, wallets, etc., in back pockets. In addition to doing a beautiful restoration, Nick repaired an area of the driver's side seat which had apparently been patched (poorly) in the past. I was very pleased with the quality of work I received from Brian and his team. I have heard of the high quality of work that Fibrenew provides, but the recent work on my low mileage M3 far exceeded any of my expectations so much so that I dropped off another car to be done. Just had my E39 M5 caramel interior completely redone by Brian and his team. Results are nothing short of amazing. After almost 20 years of wear and tear and ad hoc reconditioning, the interior is about as close to factory original as possible with 20 year old leather. The car looks stunning and I know how hard Brian and his team worked. The 750 mile drive each way (as part of a longer trip) was WELL WORTH the cost!!!
I found a small tear in the black leather driver's side side-panel in my restored cherry red1996 Nissan 300ZX and knew immediately who to call to fix it. I sent an email with the details and within 30 minutes received a response from Brian - a couple more emails with pictures attached were necessary to determine the repair and price. We scheduled the mobile repair at my office today and Nick showed up early, well prepared for the repair. As all of the other reviews in this string, I was also amazed at the final product. Nick explained to me the process and offered to repair the creases in both front seats at his shop in the future. Very professional service, prompt in response and appointment time, at a very reasonable price. The color matched perfectly - I don't know how they do it. You guys set the bar for customer service.
These guys are A+. I originally hired another agency to fix a cut in my leather ottoman. The fix looked very bad. This is when I found Fibrenew. They were able to fix and color match so perfectly. I am 1000% statistics with the results.
I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism of this outfit! The "office" responds quickly to email and calls. I was able to schedule my repair job easily and immediately after the parts were ordered and received. The work was flawless. I was driving a 2008 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer edition with leather interior. The vehicle was a "keeper" even at 225,000 miles, but unfortunately, the driver's seat showed significant wear. I just got back from a 600 mile trip and the seat was extremely comfortable. I couldn't be more pleased and will definitely schedule future upgrades with them. Bravo!
First I want to say I was a little skeptical at first because our leather sectional was really stretched up from our dogs. Not only did this company get rid of the scratches they repaired some minor holes that we had and did a deep cleaning. I couldn't ask for more it looks brand new. And on top of all of that their prices are amazing. I will say again that their prices are amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!
I contacted Brian to see if he could help me with my 29-year old Honda, which has been very well maintained. Even though it’s not a “collector car” in the traditional sense, Brian understood that I consider it to be one! He was very careful with the older interior plastic pieces in my car. He went above and beyond to restore the foam under the driver’s seat, fixed a tear in the door panel and also one on the driver’s seat back. He also restored the finish on my emergency brake handle, and deep-cleaned the carpet and seat fabric. The repair quality is outstanding; no one will ever be able to detect these repairs! Brian was also very professional and easy to work with. I definitely recommend him and wouldn’t hesitate to contact again in the future.

The caramel interior on my M5 had seen 100,000 miles and a poor re-dye by a previous owner. I brought it to Brian to see if he could clean up the interior, and he vastly exceeded my expectations!

I bought a 2006 BMW M3 coupe a year and a half ago, and the interior in the car had always bothered me. Lack of care and the Florida sun had created lots of small cracks in the seats. There were quite a few other imperfections as well due to 14 years of use. I did extensive research on how to get the seats restored, looking at DIY options as well as professionals who did this type of work. Despite being located 4 hours away from me, I settled on Fibrenew NRWF based on their reputation and past experience with BMW interiors. Brian was excellent to work with every step of the way, and patiently explained every step of the process. I picked up the seats yesterday, and was very pleased with the results.

I have a 15 year old leather sectional, where the 'favorite seat' had completely collapsed due to overuse...to the point where when we sat in the seat, we'd slowly start to lean over to the left and slip into the crack! the rest of the couch was fine. Brian and (Nick?) came in, took it apart, mechanically propped up the cushion from underneath, added filler...now again, it's the most popular seat in the house! Much cheaper than buying a new couch! Courteous and professional.

Fibrenew = Just Like New
Brian did an amazing job restoring our over-sized, 23 year-old, iconic leather chair to like new condition. The leather of the chair was discolored, cracking and brittle due to extensive use by us, our four children, family, friends, cats and dogs.
We considered replacing the chair but opted instead to have Brian try to restore the chair. And we are so glad we did! Brian removed the body oils absorbed by the leather, refinished the entire chair, replaced the deteriorated leather on the seat cushion and dyed the new leather to match the renewed leather. The chair now looks and feels just like the chair we bought from Ethan Allen so many years ago!
If there is a downside, it's that our restored leather chair now looks so good that our other family room furniture looks worn!
Brian is a superb craftsman. And one that can be trusted. We recommend Brian to anyone and everyone looking to restore their leather furniture.

I bought a 2003 Jaguar with 60,000 miles on it. The interior was in outstanding condition with the exception of the driver’s seat and, to a lesser degree, the passenger’s seat (they were dirty/discolored). I did some research and decided that I would give Fibrenew a chance. I contacted Brian, he responded almost immediately, and we set up a date/time for me to bring in my seats (I was doing some other work on the car so I asked if it was ok if I just brought in the seats as opposed to the entire car.
When the time for my scheduled appointment came, I contacted him by text and, once again, he responded immediately and we set up a time for me to drop them off. We had agreed that I would leave the seats for 3 days but he had them done the next day (I LOVE when a business under-promise’s and then over-delivers).
When I picked them up, I couldn’t have been happier. They looked immaculate and the color was perfect. Since the car has 60k miles, you don’t want the leather grain to look brand new because it just won’t look right. I wanted the seat color to look perfect and the grain to look lightly worn but natural. In my opinion, that is exactly what they look like. You would really have to know what you are looking for to recognize that they seats have been worked on. I felt that the price was reasonable for the quality of work that was done.
In short, I strongly recommend Fibrenew. Brian is responsive, does exactly what he says he will do, and the quality of his work is outstanding.
I hired Brian to replace the seat bottom leather for the front seats in my 2005 Ford Excursion. Both were well worn and splitting, and the driver seat foam was badly collapsed from years of sliding off the seat while exiting the truck. The match of the new leather, and its installation, are excellent; and the brand of foam he used in the driver seat offers additional support that makes the seat noticeably more supportive. He also cleaned the seat backs to get the dirt off and help them better match the new, clean leather. Would definitely do business with Brian again.
Having leather chairs in my club business can do a lot of wear and tear to my leather chairs. Working with Fibrenew for several years has definitely positively impacted my chairs and leather sofas to the point where they look practically new. Every damage done was repaired to the point that there is no evidence that it was ever damaged to begin with. Some of the damages included drink spills, rips and tears. I had an Italian leather cushion that was ran over by a tractor trailer and almost completely destroyed. Somehow, Fibranew brought this cushion back to life and now you can't even tell it was damaged. I'm extremely satisfied with their work. Even the stitching was redone with care. Brian was amazing! He worked diligently with my schedule after I burned a whole in the gear shift part of my BMW and thought I was doomed. Brian is awesome! He agreed to attempt to repair a gash in my Mazda dashboard (and up-front he was honest about what level of "normal" that my dash might look like after he attempted the repair). When he was done with the work he wasn't happy with how it came out and didn't feel it represented his regular high quality of work. He also wasn't sure if the repair would hold, so he told me he did not feel comfortable charging me for the repair. I appreciate how honest he was throughout the process, not to mention impressed by his integrity and work ethic. Mazda dashes are notoriously difficult unto themselves because they have all kinds of fun issues like melting in the summer (yay), so this repair wasn't for the faint of heart. Luckily, the repair has held up and the damage looks a lot less noticeable. I will most likely take him up on the offer to try and retouch my dash a bit to smooth out the look, but either way I will be working with him again in the future because I'm scheduling to make additional interior repairs with my seats. He took the time to go over some of my other interior wear and tear concerns, and luckily those will be much easier to repair! Don't hesitate to call Brian -- he is an honest, stand-up guy and I can't wait to work with him again.

Brian did a great job with our couch repair. The couch is approx 18 years old and had significant wear on one cushion as well as a tear in the back. Brian fixed both and it looks much better than I ever thought it could. He doesn't over-promise, in fact he under-promised and over-delivered. He is honest and fair too. If he doesn't think he can do something, he will tell you and/or tell you it's not worth it to pay him for something based on what the probable outcome will be. We can not say enough wonderful things about the repair job that Brian did! We had a client order a very expensive grey leather sofa and when it arrived it has scuffs and marks all over it. Read on to find out more: Everyone thinks of repairing their cars and furniture, but I had a unique challenge repairing some holes in my 2010 Sea Ray 185 Sport. I bought her used and she sat for years uncovered at the beach. When I brought her home she had some holes in the vinyl and I called Brian and talked about repairing the vinyl and he asked a bunch of questions to scope the work and asked for me to send some pictures, which I happily did. We agreed to meetup - being mobile is awesome - he came to the marina and did the work right on the boat in the water at the dock! Talk about service. The repairs look great and the best part - they are like the original vinyl even down to the texture - and will last a long time even in the harshest environments on a boat. Brian did an excellent job on my extremely sun damaged aniline leather chair. He explained what aniline meant and how much he could bring it back from its current condition. He worked very diligently to get color into every nook and cranny. I cannot believe how much better my chair looked. He put as much dye on the chair as it would take and offered to come back once it dried for a few days. Had we taken the chair to him, he would have been able to put many coats on over several days. He also cleaned a well worn sofa with his hot steam extraction machine. It looks great and no longer smells musty. He is very conscientious about the surroundings and cleaned up everything as it was when he arrived. His service is top notch.

Brian installed a thermal/insulation kit on my Corvette. He was extremely meticulous and was very detailed in his work. The kit instructions were poorly written and instead of doing a "best guess", Brian contacted the manufacturer for clarification throughout the installation process. Brian really worked hard to help me with a chair repair when the company sent the incorrect materials to make the repair. He was committed to making the job "correct". My mother-in-law purchased a new car two years ago and one piece of leather in the back seat was starting to age much faster than the rest of the car. The Dealership was giving her the run around. She was very adamant something was wrong with the leather and she didn't damage it. But how was she or I to know or contest the dealership, we don't know leather. I enlisted the help of Brian to see if we were crazy. First off, the dealership was wrong, Brian helped educate us on why the leather had failed such that we could go back with the support of an expert and get the dealership to address the issue. Brian did an incredible job on our old 2001 Suburban. One of the back captain's chairs was in sad shape from dog toenail scratches and the leather was ripped in one spot. I couldn't believe the "after" view of the seat--it looked almost new. (He explained he could have spent another hour on it but did not think given that we use the car as a dog hauler and farm car it would be worth the expense.) He worked on two other projects and we were very happy with both. He has an artist's eye and is a perfectionist.

Brian stopped by my home today in order to restore and renew my 20 year old leather loveseat. It was full of cat scratches and the cording was worn on the front of each seat. I had no idea it was as dirty as it was until he began by cleaning it all over. The driver side seat bottom on my 2002 BMW 330 had seen it better days. After 130,000 miles the seat foam was worn out. Brian replaced the seat foam bottom on my driver seat. Brian cleaned and conditioned a leather riding jacket for me, got it looking and feeling like new again. I know that leather garments aren't exactly his line of business and this was not a huge money maker for him but he was nice enough to do the job for me quickly and at a great price. The leather seats and vinyl console of my 2003 BMW Z4 were extremely
worn and "ratty" looking. Both the dealership and a local interior car shop told me that the best thing would be to replace the leather seats at a cost of between $2600- $4,000. I took the car into Brian Marks (Fibrenew) and wound up with a leather and vinyl interior that looks exactly like when the car came off the showroom floor at a cost of only a few hundred dollars. This work was done quickly, professionally, and looks absolutely fantastic. I would strongly advised that if you have any leather or vinyl goods that need repair, that you see Brian.

Brian is so good at what he does. My 2004 Honda Accord had torn and cracked leather seats. After he repaired and replaced the covers, the seats look brand new! He also repaired a hole in the back seat. He discussed with me pricing options for different levels of repair and helped me decide on what was best for me. There was no upselling or makeing things complicated.
Brian is also really pleasant to work with. He was accommodating on the time and location of repairs. It is hard to coordinate anything with my complicated schedule but he did it.

I drive an M3 with Silverstone leather. I don't eat or drink in the car to prevent issues. The armrest was damaged by someone and it left a huge spot on the leather. Brian completely repaired the armrest and it looks factory correct. It's so good the before/after pictures look photoshopped but it's real. He's the guy you want.

Brian did a great job replacing the foam stuffing from two attached cushions of a leather sectional. The old foam had broken down and the cushions were sunken. The sofa manufacturer referred me to Brian and several other companies. Brian was the only one who was able to do it in my home, and for considerably less money than sending it out to an upholsterer. He was very nice to deal with and went above and beyond the job by adding additional stuffing to several back cushions without charging me extra. I would definitely recommend him and would use him again.

This is your go to guy for leather, vinyl, and fabric repair! Having seen in person several vehicles Brian had preformed work on in the past I was convinced. I recently had him refinish a BMW heated leather steering wheel for one of my older vehicles. After cleaning and evaluating the condition he refinished the leather by applying a new top coat leaving the wheel with a uniform factory like matte sheen. My expectations were far surpassed both in terms of quality and care that went into the process. While I am not local to the area Brian was super helpful in arranging the work after receiving my steering wheel at his shop. I was kept updated throughout the progress and even sent follow up pictures prior to getting the piece back in person. You cannot go wrong here. With flexible options of local service in the north Raleigh & Wake Forest area or remote service for smaller pieces to be repaired and sent back there is no reason to wait any longer.

He refurbished the driver seat, door seal, gear shifter, and steering wheel of my Infiniti QX 56. They all look brand new. You can tell that Brian cares about the end results! Brian did a fantastic job restoring the interior of my 16 year old BMW convertible. He ran me thru the whole process over the phone and gave me a budget, he kept my car at his shop for 2 days keeping me informed as to progress the whole time. After applying a leather restorative product to seats that I was unaware had already been re-dyed I needed to call Fibernew to fix the mess that was created. The product reacted with the old dye and turned sticky and the seats had to be stripped down and dyed again, but this time to the proper color. I honestly thought the seats were for the junk pile but Brian worked miracles and now they look and feel great. While he was at it, I had him deep clean my carpets and restore my steering wheel and they turned out excellent also. Highly recommended.

I have contacted FibreNew because i have recently purchased 2013 BMW M5 (F10) with Silverstone interior. The vehicle had under 50,000 miles, but it appears that previous owner did not care for the vehicle or the condition of the leather. I have decided to get the leather back in shape. Brian from FibreNew talked to me and we have arranged for him to come by and work on the interior. For very many hours, Brian diligently cleaned the interior of my car, making sure to get all the dirt from the very light leather. He then proceeded to re-finish the dye and top coating the leather. The work he has performed is simply amazing. The interior looked like from brand new car! A month have passed and the interior was still looking great, clean and the work didn't "rub" off. I was so happy that I have decided to get my e60 M5 Silverstone interior re-done as well. E60 required a lot more work due to large amounts of cracks in the seats and center console. I was yet again amazed by the quality of the work done. Another month+ passed and i am very happy to report that the work done by Brian still holds and the interior of both cars is looking great and clean. Absolutely the best service in town! Brian was amazing. We have 5 kiddos and he took on the challenge of cleaning our Nissan NV 3500 after a year of wear and tear. I was planning to trash the two leather chairs in my den until I talked to Brian. I explained to him that our cats had scratched the backs to pieces. He assured me that he could fix the scratches. I wanted the color changed as well. He said he could customize the color to whatever I wanted. Needless to say, we decided to let him try. The results are amazing. The chairs have no scratches. They are no longer camel colored, but are black cherry and beautiful. I could not be more thrilled with the results. Brian is truly an artist! My 2006 Ford Explore driver's leather seat had a gaping hole the size of a fist. The steering wheel had discoloration that looked like permanent grease stains and both the passenger and driver seat were complete cracked and worn. Even though the truck has a new engine and the exterior is in great condition, my resale value plummeted due to the horrific condition on the seats and steering wheel. Brian completely fix the hole in the leather, reconditioned the seats and steering wheel. The transformation was incredible and increased the value of the truck significantly. If Yelp let me give Brian and Fibrenew more than 5 stars, I would. I had recently picked up a ten year old boat that was in need of vinyl repair and cleaning. After trying 4 different consumer grade products I wasn't able to get out the mildew stains. Combine that with several seams that had busted, i was sure I was looking at having all the cushions reupholstered. I had some fading on the leather of my BMW M3, as it was 11 years old. Brian said he could remedy the situation and make it good as new. The color seemed quite difficult to match; however, Brian did a wonderful job of bringing the color back to the leather along with some added protective coating. When my beloved Dakar Yellow M3 developed a split seam on the drivers seat, I was mortified. How could I ever fix THAT? Even having done my own interior work before, this was out of my league. My sectional sofa had been torn via a move and had paint on the back where it had been resting on a window sill for two years. But my main problem was the cup holders; they were cracking around the rims and made the whole couch look awful. Brian had never replaced cup holders but was confident he could do it. We had already purchased the cup holder replacements and could not do it ourselves since they were partially glued in:(. Brian did his research and successfully installed our new cup holders and got rid of all the paint and skillfully repaired all the tears from our last move. Our couch looks brand new! Brian stopped by my medical office at the perfect time! We had one of our exam tables that had several tears and was in need of repair. The main issue is that the table could not be down for weeks until it was repaired. The table is in heavy use with over 200 patients laying on it every week. I hired Brian at Fibrenew to refinish the bottom cushion of my brown leather recliner. I asked Brian to refinish the seat cushion for our livingroom reclinable brown leather chair. The chair cushion was scratched, worn and weathered looking and no longer matched the look of the arms and back of the chair. Brian took great care to match the color and finish of the chair, which was two-toned and had an almost distressed like modeling to the color. He did a wonderful job matching the cushion to the back and ensured that the chair looked almost like new! I've got to give huge thanks to Brian at Fibrenew in Raleigh, NC for doing such an incredible job repairing/restoring my new to me E39 M5 seats I installed in my 530i. They were in pretty major need of restoration, though they didn't have any really bad damage. The issues were mostly scuffs, scratches, a couple of shallow cuts, and just fading of the color. I took them to him this past weekend and he did such an amazing job, so if you're in the Wake Forest/Raleigh area and need leather, vinyl or plastic repair done, he's the guy! He'll come to you in those areas, but if you're outside of his area, you can bring the stuff to him and he can repair it for you.
All in all, an amazing job and I highly recommend him for any leather, plastic and vinyl repair (home, auto, commercial, medical, etc.). Fibrenew to the rescue!
