“Brian is awesome! He agreed to attempt to repair a gash in my Mazda dashboard (and up-front he was honest about what level of "normal" that my dash might look like after he attempted the repair). When he was done with the work he wasn't happy with how it came out and didn't feel it represented his regular high quality of work. He also wasn't sure if the repair would hold, so he told me he did not feel comfortable charging me for the repair. I appreciate how honest he was throughout the process, not to mention impressed by his integrity and work ethic. Mazda dashes are notoriously difficult unto themselves because they have all kinds of fun issues like melting in the summer (yay), so this repair wasn't for the faint of heart. Luckily, the repair has held up and the damage looks a lot less noticeable. I will most likely take him up on the offer to try and retouch my dash a bit to smooth out the look, but either way I will be working with him again in the future because I'm scheduling to make additional interior repairs with my seats. He took the time to go over some of my other interior wear and tear concerns, and luckily those will be much easier to repair!
