We called Sarah and David to repair the cushions on our leather sofa. Since the leather was cracking and discolored, we decided to recover the cushions. They were able to match the sofa exactly! It absolutely looks like a new sofa! I highly recommend Sarah and David.. they were prompt in returning our call and were able to quickly schedule a visit. David and Sarah are wonderful people to work with. They were prompt, polite and very professional. I called to have the driver side leather seat in my 2006 Chevrolet Avalanche repaired due to tears, drying and cracking. They came by the same day to do the estimate and proceeded to order the leather required for the job. The next week they came to get the seat and retuned it fully repaired two days later, as promised. And the results were absolutely amazing. I recommended them to anyone needing restoration or repair.
I cleaned nail polish off of my leather couch with rubbing alcohol and of course the color came off. Sara just fixed it and matched the color perfectly. I would recommend this company.

David and Sarah Underwood from Fibrenew Monroe did a magical job on a piece of furniture for us. My wife had a new counter leather chair which had been discolored. Additionally my wife tried on her own to fix it. No luck. In comes Fibrenew and in 30 minutes restored the chair to its original color looking like absolutely new. These two are a wonderful pair able to put your anxiety to rest over a problem piece of furniture both large and small. I would call them in a heartbeat for anything else in my house.
I had a leather sectional sofa that had some cushions that had become saggy so I requested quotes from several companies. Not only were they the only company to respond to my request for a quote, they did so promptly and it was a reasonable amount. Having them come out to my home was a big plus and they made the repairs promptly and professionally. I recommend them highly for any restoration needs you may have.
The Fibrenew Monroe team does an AMAZING job! We have a huge dark brown leather sectional couch. It had a lot of little scratches from pet paws and even a few rips that they were able to fix. You can barely see any of the damage anymore. Not only did they fix the condition of the couch, they also came to our home and did the work here. It was so convenient and they were so pleasant. 1,000 times I would recommend hiring Fibrenew again!
Wow. This is the best customer service I've experienced in years. We had two leather chairs that sustained liquid damage on the cushions and we're going to need to have the leather replaced. They went above and beyond and worked with the original furniture company. They didn't get the leather…. They convinced the company to get us replacement cushions at no cost!! Such a refreshing experience. Thank you!
This is to address the Jeff Strain post. This customer claimed that Fibrenew caused the black spot on the carpet. We worked on this job through a warranty company. We could not immediately address this without first contacting the company we went out to represent. This took about a week and the customer posted this review. Once we got approval, we immediately went out to inspect the carpet issue. We determined this spot was not caused by us. We still removed the stain which appeared to be grease from the mechanism under the couch. Despite removing the satin we still received a negative review. Our company will always stand by our work. The pictures show the removal we did.
Pictures tell it all! We had a giant stain on our leather ottoman. I contacted Sarah about this stain. Next day David and Sarah came and restored our furniture. Looks brand new! Excellent service and communication! I know who to call next time I have any problem with our leather furniture.
We had a wonderful experience with David, Sarah, and Sidney. We had a large couch and two large recliners. They were 20 years old and now much too expensive to replace. I can't say enough good things about the workmanship and professionalism of Fibrenew of Monroe. Today they restored worn parts of our leather sofa . I can't even tell where the worn spots were. Kudos to this lovely family that came into our home and did a fabulous job!
I have a leather sofa, loveseat, and club chair that are 20 years old. They had seen better days between 2 long distance moves and children until I contacted David and Sarah Underwood. They were stained, faded and scratched. They look brand new now. I’m glad I didn’t get rid of the furniture. The work was done at my house. They were very professional. They arrived on time. I would highly recommend them and definitely would use their services again when needed.
My leather couch of 3 years was showing signs of cracking on the center back cushion, as well as the seat cushion was flattening from extended sitting and the recliner mechanism was very hard to operate. Dave from FiberNew came out and looked at all of the issues and quoted us a price. In a matter of one week, the cracked section of the leather cushion was completely replaced (at my request...instead of just repairing), the reclining mechanism was loosened up , and the seat cushion was beefed up with additional internal strapping. It looks and feels great again. Thank you FiberNew and thank you Dave!

Beautiful job, communicated well, we love the finished product. We had quality leather recliners in teal green, from the 90's, relegated to the bonus room! I learned about Fibrenew and texted Sara..she gave me a quote and a time frame right away. Within a week, the recliners changed from teal green to a custom beige and look and feel wonderful. Sara brought color samples, and now the recliners match our current living room. And kudos to her daughter Sydney who helped her mom carry those heavy recliners! Wonderful service and wonderful custom results. Reasonably priced.
I had Sarah and David quote and replace leather and refinish my two 780 Bertone Volvo and was very pleased with the turn key results. I would recommend them and there work. Will use them in the future.
Sarah and David repaired a leather sofa and loveseat. The seat cushions had splits on the sides and the seats and backs were slumping due to 13 years of life. Sarah and Tom replaced the edges of the seat cushions, restuffed all the seat and back cushions and replaced an entire section of a back cushion with new material! All within a week! My sofa and loveseat look brand new and I could not be happier!
We have had three repairs to rips in our couch. After the second repair, I missed seeing a spot. They promptly came back out to fix it and a few others that I missed. They did a phenomenal job! Would not only use them again, I recommend them to my friends.

Sarah mixed the magical potion and David did the pre-work along with Spraying! I must say, the Teamwork was in unison and they take pride in their work! I also had 2 small tears in my Leather rear seat headrest's due to shrinkage of leather over time due to the Sun! They repaired those, then started the many layers of Dye and special mixture to protect the topcoat! THE SEATS LOOK NEW AGAIN, the sheen from the seats is perfect! They dyed all my seats in my car, I could not be any more happier!!!!!!!!!!! I have had other work done on my BMW from another company, there is no comparison to Fibrenew (Sarah and David) do outstanding work! Our 18+ year old oversized stuffed leather chair and footrest were in terrible condition. We looked for a replacement but found nothing we liked or that even compared to this beloved set. We heard about Fibrenew from a leather furniture store. We called them, they came to our home and gave us a very reasonable estimate. 2 days later our chair was returned and we could not believe our eyes! We are thrilled with what they were able to accomplish! Nice, honest people - we highly recommend and would most definitely use again.

I researched seat repair for my 06 expedition. I found Fibrenew Monroe through my google search. My seat looks fantastic, they have since then done car seat repairs for friends and family. I highly recommend this company.
I had Fibrenew come out to repair my sofa at the end of February. They told me at that time that the repair might not hold, but they could try, and they'd come back and repair again if it doesn't hold. I had some cracks re-appear, and they came back today and fixed under warranty. They are polite and professional and I would recommend their services to others.
We have had Fibrenew repair our 15 year old couch twice now. They have been fantastic. The first repair was on the arm of the couch where the leather had a tear. Sara and her son came, removed the couch, and brought it back a week later in beautiful condition -- excellent color match. One year later, the leather on the cushions was getting torn. Again, Sara promptly came out, took the cushions and brought them back in a week with a perfect color match. Completely gave new life to our old couch. We appreciated the good communication and the quality service.
Fibrenew repaired the tears in my sofa, re-stuffed the cushions, and brought the color back to life. I was going to replace my sofa, and would have spent a few thousand for a sofa of equivalent quality. Instead, Fibrenew restored my sofa and chair, and I can now keep them for another 10 years. I highly recommend Fibrenew.
This post is to address the negative review below titled Screw Usps. Both Sara and I (David) are licensed Fibrenew Technicians. The customers center console was repaired properly and was approved by the customer when the job was complete. We had no contact with this customer for over 3 weeks. We also have no way of knowing what the customer may have done or used on the console repair. When she contacted us stating that there was a problem with the repair Sara offered to come back and repair it again at no charge. I (David) was out of town at a conference for about a month during this period so I was unable to address the problem at that time. Sara received the call and set up the appointment. There was no mention of myself attending the appointment. When Sara showed up to repair the console for free, the customer turned her away although she is highly qualified to do the work. Unfortunately the customer was very angry and left an unfavorable post. All attempts were made to correct the situation but evidently that was not good enough. Just wanted to show both sides of the story. It is Fibrenew's goal to provide an excellent repair at an affordable price. Repaired like it was our own.
Fibrenew Monroe did an EXCELLENT JOB in repairing the half ring mark and the discolored stain on our leather sofas. They were very thorough and even pointed out a few smaller spots I had not noticed. They were very friendly and professional and their prices are very reasonable. I would definitely call them again if I need their services and would highly recommend them!!! Thank you again!!!
Excellent repair!! My couch had a big tear but David did an excellent repair. I had to look very closely at my couch to see if there was a repair done. Moreover they also repaired a spot which I found after their repair work was over at no additional cost. Great work ethic!
