“This post is to address the negative review below titled Screw Usps. Both Sara and I (David) are licensed Fibrenew Technicians. The customers center console was repaired properly and was approved by the customer when the job was complete. We had no contact with this customer for over 3 weeks. We also have no way of knowing what the customer may have done or used on the console repair. When she contacted us stating that there was a problem with the repair Sara offered to come back and repair it again at no charge. I (David) was out of town at a conference for about a month during this period so I was unable to address the problem at that time. Sara received the call and set up the appointment. There was no mention of myself attending the appointment. When Sara showed up to repair the console for free, the customer turned her away although she is highly qualified to do the work. Unfortunately the customer was very angry and left an unfavorable post. All attempts were made to correct the situation but evidently that was not good enough. Just wanted to show both sides of the story. It is Fibrenew's goal to provide an excellent repair at an affordable price. Repaired like it was our own.”
