“This is to address the Jeff Strain post. This customer claimed that Fibrenew caused the black spot on the carpet. We worked on this job through a warranty company. We could not immediately address this without first contacting the company we went out to represent. This took about a week and the customer posted this review. Once we got approval, we immediately went out to inspect the carpet issue. We determined this spot was not caused by us. We still removed the stain which appeared to be grease from the mechanism under the couch. Despite removing the satin we still received a negative review. Our company will always stand by our work. The pictures show the removal we did.”
