“My leather couch of 3 years was showing signs of cracking on the center back cushion, as well as the seat cushion was flattening from extended sitting and the recliner mechanism was very hard to operate. Dave from FiberNew came out and looked at all of the issues and quoted us a price. In a matter of one week, the cracked section of the leather cushion was completely replaced (at my request...instead of just repairing), the reclining mechanism was loosened up , and the seat cushion was beefed up with additional internal strapping.
