Services appréciés après avoir trouvé un peu dispendieuse la soumission finale une fois sur place mais après execution des travaux, le prix en valait la peine.
Travail consciencieux du technicien avec résultat parfait pour camoufler des éraflures profondes sur un fauteuil de cuir mais résultat à parfaire pour couture refaite dans un repli difficile pour effectuer le travail.
Après avoir transmis une photo du résultat obtenu, le représentant de Fibrenew nous a offert de revenir sur place pour essayer de parfaire la réparation effectuée. Ce qui fut fait avec succès quelques jours plus tard et ce sans frais additionnel.
Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce suivi et conséquemment nous recommandons les excellents services de Fibrenew-Lanaudière pour "sauver" des meubles en cuir, lorsque c'est possible.”
