“We have a very nice 10-year-old leather couch that had a frayed tear in it, as well as some "stretch marks" that indicated that the leather would be giving way in the near future. When Julie came over to the studio, she looked at the damage, and recommended replacing the whole panel--and it was obvious that she was right. Fortunately, we had extra leather from a matching ottoman that we could use to replace the damaged section, and when Julie returned the repaired cushion to us the next day, WE WERE THRILLED. The stitching matched the old stitching exactly, and we basically rescued a $2500 couch for $200. She was great at communicating questions and arrival times, the delivery was fast and I will be recommending Fibrenew to everyone I know. Really, really pleased with the entire transaction. (And the price!)”
