When Julie came over to the studio, she looked at the damage, and recommended replacing the whole panel--and it was obvious that she was right. Fortunately, we had extra leather from a matching ottoman that we could use to replace the damaged section, and when Julie returned the repaired cushion to us the next day, WE WERE THRILLED. The stitching matched the old stitching exactly, and we basically rescued a $2500 couch for $200.
