“My mother-in-law purchased a new car two years ago and one piece of leather in the back seat was starting to age much faster than the rest of the car. The Dealership was giving her the run around. She was very adamant something was wrong with the leather and she didn't damage it. But how was she or I to know or contest the dealership, we don't know leather.
