“I bought a 2003 Jaguar with 60,000 miles on it. The interior was in outstanding condition with the exception of the driver’s seat and, to a lesser degree, the passenger’s seat (they were dirty/discolored). I did some research and decided that I would give Fibrenew a chance. I contacted Brian, he responded almost immediately, and we set up a date/time for me to bring in my seats (I was doing some other work on the car so I asked if it was ok if I just brought in the seats as opposed to the entire car.
When the time for my scheduled appointment came, I contacted him by text and, once again, he responded immediately and we set up a time for me to drop them off. We had agreed that I would leave the seats for 3 days but he had them done the next day (I LOVE when a business under-promise’s and then over-delivers).
When I picked them up, I couldn’t have been happier. They looked immaculate and the color was perfect. Since the car has 60k miles, you don’t want the leather grain to look brand new because it just won’t look right. I wanted the seat color to look perfect and the grain to look lightly worn but natural. In my opinion, that is exactly what they look like. You would really have to know what you are looking for to recognize that they seats have been worked on. I felt that the price was reasonable for the quality of work that was done.
In short, I strongly recommend Fibrenew. Brian is responsive, does exactly what he says he will do, and the quality of his work is outstanding.”
