Fibrenew West Central Jersey Customer Reviews
“Thank you Scott Neal and your team at Fibrenew, West Central Jersey for a super job on the repair and cleaning of our leather sofa.
We love our leather Hancock Moore sofa. After 13 yrs of daily use one of the leather panels cracked and we knew it was time to consider repair or replacement. The company we bought it from had closed after many years in business. They had taken care of our needs before. I contacted two other local companies that sell HM. I got names of their repair people and called for estimates. I always call 3 for any job so I decided to google leather repair near me. Fibrenew came up. Best decision and leap from my comfort zone.
Scott called back promptly and was able to work with my odd work schedule to come and see the project at hand . From the start, he instilled confidence that the job was something they could do and I would be pleased. Pick up was scheduled and then it was a short time for the amount of labor involved before our sofa was back home.
They were able to match the Italian leather to include the natural aging of the leather. They dyed where necessary and cleaned the whole sofa. It was not easy as they had to remove the back leather to reach the front diamond panel which was being replaced. This sofa has the leather covered buttons and the decorative nails which had to be dealt with.
They took such good care of our sofa and we are just delighted to recommend them. We hope to use them for our cars and they are going to make arm covers for the sofa that I can remove when company comes.
We are so pleased to have found Scott Neal and his upholsterer (Damien, I believe). Both are true artisans, have high standards, integrity and outstanding customer services and reasonable prices for the high quality of workmanship.
Thank you so much for doing a fabulous job for us.
I”
