“My favorite chair's arm rests were worn through due to moisture, etc and were in need of obvious repair. I had contacted the manufacturer in Norway about their repair. They just said the leather was no longer available. Enter Scott and Fibrenew. I sent him pictures and he got back saying he could do it. Came and got them and I had them back in a week. There is a change in color of 7 years of use so I was hoping. When Scott brought them back and put them on, you couldn't tell it wasn't the original material. It looks perfect. Moral of the story is, when in doubt, call Scott. He was fantastic and deserved to get on a plane to Florida for new Year's the night after he returned them. Thanx a lot Scott!!”
