Fibrenew SW Knoxville Customer Reviews
“Robert at Fibrenew SW Knoxville is outstanding! He was prompt, professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. Instead of immediately trying to sell me a repair on my 2023 Toyota RAV4 console, he took the time to explain that the damage appeared to be something that should be covered under warranty. He even helped me review my warranty options, offered alternative solutions, and volunteered to research the part directly with the manufacturer if needed.
What impressed me most was his honesty. He explained that while he could repair the console, it likely wouldn't look completely seamless and wanted to help me find the best long-term solution instead. That kind of integrity is hard to find these days.
If you're looking for someone who truly puts the customer first, Robert is your guy. If I ever need vinyl, leather, or plastic repair in the future, he'll be my first call. Highly recommend!”
