Robert at Fibrenew SW Knoxville is outstanding! He was prompt, professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. Instead of immediately trying to sell me a repair on my 2023 Toyota RAV4 console, he took the time to explain that the damage appeared to be something that should be covered under warranty. He even helped me review my warranty options, offered alternative solutions, and volunteered to research the part directly with the manufacturer if needed.
What impressed me most was his honesty. He explained that while he could repair the console, it likely wouldn't look completely seamless and wanted to help me find the best long-term solution instead. That kind of integrity is hard to find these days.
If you're looking for someone who truly puts the customer first, Robert is your guy. If I ever need vinyl, leather, or plastic repair in the future, he'll be my first call. Highly recommend!
Robert did an absolute phenomenal job in patching (and perfecting) our leather furniture, which was damaged in a move. He worked meticulously to make sure a very difficult match in leather color was done with no trace of the damage whatsoever. So appreciative of his skill and desire to exceed all expectations.
We have a very expensive leather couch that we were considering throwing out due to leather surface de-lamination and staining. I called the manufacturer to see if they could restore the couch. They pointed me to Fibrenew. I called and spoke to Robert who set up an appointment. He arrived right on time and analyzed the problem then spent the next three hours restoring the leather. Our leather couch looks as good as the day we bought it! Robert and Fibrenew saved us thousands of dollars.

Fantastic results; so thrilled!!! During a multi state move, our leather sofa was damaged leaving a 2-3" "scrape" (not quite a tear). Robert's excellent eye for color perfectly matched the color, and when all said and done with in home service, that area looks brand new!! Amazing and I highly recommend them!!!

Robert did a great job repairing a patch on our BMW X3 drivers seat. You can't even tell it has been repaired he is a nice guy and very meticulous. Retired Army so I enjoyed talking with him. He can work on plastic, vinyl, and leather.
