Angel Torres, owner of Fibrenew Sugar Land, made our experience near perfect from the beginning to end of our project. Angel cleaned and conditioned our two leather sofas along with replacing the foam in the cushions. The sofas now look almost as good as the day they were delivered eight years ago.

Impressed and very satisfied with the services of Fibrenew. We have a couch that is in great condition, but the 'pull cable' to raise the leg lift broke. Fibrenew (Angel), was able to take it apart, assess what was needed and get another similar (but not exact match) to replace even though the manufacture no longer sold that part. Other places we had called, either said they would not be able to fix or to get a new couch. Even though it took multiple visits, they (Fibrenew) stuck through it and got the replacement cable to work. Angel was both courteous, professional, and knowledgeable & took the time to get the job done right.

If you want to "Do It Right The First Time", you will call Angel at the Fibrenew Sugar Land! I wish my insurnace company had sent Angel to me the first time! The center console armrest of my 2021 Lexus RX350L was fixed (repaired/repainted/reworked/spray painted) by another 3rd party (not Fibrenew Sugar Land) sent from an insurnace company twice. Some small bursting paint bubbles would appear after few weeks and bursted in the end. Then, my beige console lid cover leather started getting multiple layers of the previous paint. After dust and dirt got in, the entire lid cover leather was just a mess, and the previous paint cover didn't really match with Lexus' Beige Color, so the person who repaired my car had to extra spray painted anohter clean/non-damanged piece on my central console just to match the color. Angel took the initiative to epxlain the situtation to the insurnace company (ResistAll) and did an excellent job to replace two piece lid cover leathers entirely! My wife and I were very happy with his skills and work! Highliy recommended!!!

I have a 25+ year old leather Natuzzi chair and ottoman that were really showing their age. I called three different upholstery shops for bids. All three requested pictures of the chair in order to determine the cost of repair. I took several pictures and distributed them to the three shops. Two of the shops responded with only the cost of repair with no explanation of cost or details. Fibrenew responded with very detailed descriptions of the cost for all repairs needed to the chair and ottoman. Fibrenew was not the lowest bid - but their bid was informative and gave me comfort knowing they would do the best job for the money. Throughout the job - Blanca sent updates on the progress of the chair with pictures of the work being done. Other problems were found when he took the chair apart - he fixed them with very little additional cost. Very reasonable considering the issues. The end results exceeded my expectations - the chair and ottoman looked brand new. Very pleased with Fibrenew and the excellent work done on my chair and ottoman. I will get another 25 years of comfort. Well worth the extra money.

Our leather Equipale dining room chairs needed some serious repairs. Angel was highly recommended to us so we called him to get his opinion. Words can't explain the magic Angel did on the paint covered leather seats in my High Country Duramax. For those of you that don't know how nice saddle brown leather seats are, Angel was able to bring them back to better than new. He answered all of my questions weeks before we set a date to get the job done and was even willing to work on his day off to work around my schedule. After pricing new leather seats for my Ford King Ranch (OUTRAGEOUSLY PRICED!) I decided to have Angel refurbish my original Aniline Leather Seats. That was the best decision I could have made for my Expedition! My car was is very good condition except for the two front seats. Angel made the front seats "NEW" again! I own massage chair that i have had for quite sometime. It has gotten plenty of use and through normal wear and tear the leatherette had separated on the seat and the back. Angel is a genius he was able to take apart the mechanical parts of the chair and reupolster the entire chair put it back together again and the whole chair worked and was as good as new. I couldn't be happier with the work he did for me. I highly reccommend him.
Fibrenew recovered a wingback leather chair and refinished the matching ottoman for me. Both the chair and ottoman were in terrible condition. I now have both pieces back and they are beautiful! I had pet damage (scratches) to a new couch, and asked Angel to repair. The scratches were COMPLETELY removed, and impossible to see where they had been. The couch is a burgundy leather, and although it was a small difference in color, Angel wanted me to be 100% satisfied. He came back out, at no charge, 45 minutes away, to remedy the color. Fibernew Sugarland did an amazing job on my large leather ottoman that my bulldog had destroyed with his sharp claws every time he jumped up on it. His claws also left deep grooves in the wood shelf beneath the ottoman. I really thought it was hopeless to even try to repair it. Angel was able to take this damaged piece of furniture and completely make it look brand new again by repairing and re-dying the leather and completely refinishing the wood shelf to match the rest of the wood. He also added new feet to the ottoman and matched the stain perfectly that made it look original to the piece of furniture.
Thank you Angel! You are truly an artist in your craft! I am no longer embarrassed to have this ottoman take center stage in my living room!

He repaired the scratch so well to the point I cant even see where the scratch was initially.
