“I called and spoke to Angel about the damage to my leather couch. He had me send a picture of the couch and we talked at length about what he could see from the picture and gave me a detailed description of what he thought he needed to do. He told me once he saw the couch some details of the repair could change. At that time he gave me an estimated cost which I found reasonable. I booked an appointment and he was at my house when he said he would be (that is amazing if you've worked with many contractors!). After seeing the couch, he said the work would not be as extensive as he thought. He and his helper were very careful moving furniture around, bringing their equipment in and very neat while doing the work. When he finished, he called me in and we decided to make some minor adjustments. Once the adjustments were done, I walked in and was blown away at how nice the repair looked. You couldn't tell where the damage had been and the color match was perfect. I was very pleased with how the repair looked. After completing their work, they cleaned the area around my couch and you would not know any work had been done in the room. Angel sets the bar high for other contractors coming into my home.
