“If you want to "Do It Right The First Time", you will call Angel at the Fibrenew Sugar Land! I wish my insurnace company had sent Angel to me the first time! The center console armrest of my 2021 Lexus RX350L was fixed (repaired/repainted/reworked/spray painted) by another 3rd party (not Fibrenew Sugar Land) sent from an insurnace company twice. Some small bursting paint bubbles would appear after few weeks and bursted in the end. Then, my beige console lid cover leather started getting multiple layers of the previous paint. After dust and dirt got in, the entire lid cover leather was just a mess, and the previous paint cover didn't really match with Lexus' Beige Color, so the person who repaired my car had to extra spray painted anohter clean/non-damanged piece on my central console just to match the color. Angel took the initiative to epxlain the situtation to the insurnace company (ResistAll) and did an excellent job to replace two piece lid cover leathers entirely! My wife and I were very happy with his skills and work! Highliy recommended!!!”
