We set up an appointment day & time for the repair. The day before I received a text reminder about the appointment and received another text on the day of when he was approximately 30 minutes from my home. Ronnie is very meticulous about his work and ensures that he protects the surroundings as to not cause any accidental damage to the floor, other furniture, or anything else.
