“I was referred by the furniture company I purchased my couch from for some repair work. I contacted Fibrenew and spoke to Ronnie about the repair work needed. We set up an appointment day & time for the repair. The day before I received a text reminder about the appointment and received another text on the day of when he was approximately 30 minutes from my home. He showed up on time and was very professional. He got right to work on the tear in the couch. Ronnie is very meticulous about his work and ensures that he protects the surroundings as to not cause any accidental damage to the floor, other furniture, or anything else. When he completed the repair I reviewed his work. I couldn't even tell where the damage was! It was a fantastic job. I would DEFINATLY recommend and use him again!! Ronnie is all about customer service and takes pride in his work. Both of those qualities are very scarce now a days.”
