I asked John to repair an expensive leather chair. He did a great job. I could not believe how good it looked when he dropped it off at my home yesterday. 5 stars out of 5!

John did an amazing job. Our dog punctured and tore our brand new leather/vinyl couch. John can out and took a quick look at the couch, and told me exactly what he would need to do to fix it. He was incredibly knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. He even walked me through various aspects about my couch, and things to look for in future couch purchases. I was on a tight time table, and John was able and willing to work around both his and my schedule to squeeze me in. His work was incredible. The couch looks almost brand-new; unless you knew exactly what happened and were to look, you'd never know our new coach was victim to the 75 lbs terror of the house.
John has performed exceptional work for me on my Ferrari’s interiors. When unexpected issues came up, he was there 100% to back up his workmanship without any concerns. My experiences from dealing with him, he is highly recommend.

Outstanding job by John and the team at Fibrenew, South Fox Valley. John was punctual for both pick-up and return, sent photos of work in progress and renewed our Natuzzi leather sofas to a very high standard. The color matching was perfect and John and the team took great care of our property during the entire process. We had John @ Fibrenew repair a cushion on our leather couch that had a tear in it. Not only was his work impeccable, but he went above and beyond by repairing some of the inner framework that had broken! Oh, he was also able to complete the work in less time that he quoted. FIBRENEW did an excellent job dying our leather sofa and love seat. They are 20 years old and in great shape, but we wanted to change color from burgundy to black. John picked them up and within a week they were delivered. They look great and we are very happy. We highly recommend FIBRENEW!

Having been in practice for the past 30 years and was looking for a faster more affordable way to repair table covers and pillows. I have now found that company to do these repairs. Fibrenew is whatworks so very well for my office. You need to check this company out and get the quality and affordable repairs you need done today!
I just received my sofa back from John. WOW. I'm not sure what's more amazing. The fact my leather sofa lasted 23 years, that I still haven't replaced it, or how it looks now that John has repaired it! My armrest was paper thin and had holes the size of nickels in it and the dye had been worn off the seating areas. I looked to replace it but to replace it and the matching pieces with the same quality would have been over $8000. John made them look brand new again for $350! You honestly could not tell where the repairs were made and he matched the dye perfectly so it matches the other pieces. I cannot tell you what a great job he did and in only 3 days. Bravo. You will have all my work in the future and I will gladly give out your business card. Thank you for saving my sofa just in time for football season!
