Mike was a pleasure to do business with. His estimate matched the final cost and was extremely affordable. He fixed two tears on my car's perforated leather seat. Color match was perfect and Mike poked holes in the repair to match the seat. Someone who did not know there were tears probably would not notice. Mike and Violet do amazing work. We had our car seats re-done and then I really wanted to get my furniture re-finished. Everything was in good condition but needed to be "re-freshed". They re-covered my bar-stools and they look like new again. They also dyed my dark couch, ottoman and chaise. I needed to brighten them up. They took them from black to white and my chaise is a beautiful bright pink. They added new fasteners and everything is like new again. They are quick, professional and I highly recommend them. I had an L-shaped rip in my leather passenger seat. Before woking on it, Mike Taylor mentioned that the repair would likely show a little, but would prevent any further tearing. When he was finished, I literally could not believe my eyes. The rip appeared to have vanished! If I didn't know the rip had been there, I wouldn't know it now. Mike arrived as scheduled, was very courteous and professional. Amazing work, Mike!

I had an unfortunate situation where I accidentally burnt a coffee table with a cigarette and was extremely stressed out, as the table belongs to a girlfriend of mine. Mike came to my place of employment, fixed the table and did it all in under a half an hour. He also charged me less than his original quote. We recently purchased a new leather couch and love seat, but still had the old forest green swivel chair and ottoman. We weren’t able to find a replacement at a reasonable price so we considered dying the chair and ottoman ourselves. The staff at Tandy Leather recommended Fibrenew. I sent in photos of the pieces and Mike responded promptly with a quote and pickup options. The price was reasonable so we decided to go ahead. Mike took a swatch of our couch to match the pieces to and gave us a timeline of two weeks. As promised the pieces were ready in two weeks, the price was as quoted, delivery was arranged and we couldn’t be happier. The chair and ottoman are perfect. Amazing customer service! My daughters passenger seat in her car was thought to be ruined by a previous bad leather repair guy and Mike fixed it fast, made it look like new and didn't even charge her.
