“Working with Kelsey and Jessica was a fabulous experience from the initial phone call to the final product
We had a very special requirements as this was a piece of equipment that was being reupholstered for our special needs little boy. The product had to be essentially perfect otherwise it didn’t really work!
They listened to our request, came up with ideas of their own and then followed through incredibly quickly, which again was very important as it is very difficult to be without pieces of equipment when dealing with special needs children.
On top of the fact that the Service was terrific, the product is impeccable! Functionally it works better than I ever imagined… And this was not an easy request!
And it looks beautiful too! Which is lovely to have. Most special needs equipment is large, bulky and unfortunately not very pretty… But the piece that they made us is bordering on fancy! We love having it in our home!
