“I had a Lift Chair that I had purchased for my wife about 8 years ago. Since she had passed and I had moved into a 55 and up community, in South Kingstown, I had it stored in the basement. Now having reached 94 years of age,I decided to put it to use.
After about a month the remote stopped working and that led me to Bryan. The first remote he installed was usable, but did not work the way I had hoped. He called me about a week later saying that he had purchased another remote because he was not happy with the first one.
I really liked the fact that he pursued the second remote on his own and not because I had called and expressed my disappointment with the first remote .
