“EXCELLENT COMPANY !! This is a slightly delayed review by a few months. We are in the midst of renovating our house, and I am catching up on some things. During our living room renovation, we ordered faux white leather couches that we loved at a very good price. The only problem was that they came in with some scrapes and marks in obvious places (which we only saw after unboxing them). Since they were an online purchase, the return process would have been a pain, so I was going to try and repair them myself. However, I soon realized the result wasn't going to be good. Upon a Google Search, I found Fibrenew Ocean State. Bryan actually answered the phone (not all companies do). I sent him pictures, and he quickly called me back, sent me a quote (which was very reasonable), and we scheduled the appointment (which was within a few days). The results were just as good as the customer service. Bryan came out with his equipment (caused no mess), and the areas of issue I can no longer see. It was magic !!!
