“Upon delivery of a new leather sofa-bed my wife spotted a slight abrasion in the leather where the colour had been worn away possibly due to rough handling during delivery. We called customer service and Fibrenew was dispatched to do a repair. As soon as Moshe entered our home he removed his shoes without prompting, alway the sign of someone who cares for your home. As soon as he saw the sofa-bed he saw another scuff mark that we had missed. He immediately called the company that sold us the sofa-bed to get authorization to repair the second mark as well as the first. An hour later he had worked his magic and the marks were gone. Throughout his visit he was efficient, courteous and patient in answering the several questions I put to him about the repair process. But most of all, he was exceptionally skilled as evidenced by the invisibility of the repair.
