“Upon delivery of a new leather sofa-bed my wife spotted a slight abrasion in the leather where the colour had been worn away possibly due to rough handling during delivery. We called customer service and Fibrenew was dispatched to do a repair. As soon as Moshe entered our home he removed his shoes without prompting, alway the sign of someone who cares for your home. As soon as he saw the sofa-bed he saw another scuff mark that we had missed.
