What a great way to add years of life to an item! My faithful Chevy Equinox developed a three-cornered tear in the driver’s seat which was sure to grow with use. I contacted Lew via the website’s easy online request and he responded almost immediately. He was able to schedule my repair within days and did the work in less than ideal conditions in my chilly garage. Lew was great about explaining his process and making sure I was happy with the result. He is very knowledgeable and great to work with. We have a 20+ year old Hancock and Moore leather sofa and chair with ottoman that were showing signs of age. After years of trying to restore it ourselves, to no avail, we called Lew. He meticulously worked on all three pieces and they look better than new! He kept the natural distressing, that we love, but gave the leather new life- no more faded spots, creases and cracks, and it's more beautiful than the original. We will only trust Lew of Fibrenew with our leather furniture, going forward! Bonus- what a nice and friendly guy!
The guys from Fibrenew, Traverse City, MI, where at our home today to help with some color loss on our chocolate brown recliner sofas. All I can say is "Wow", they look brand new. Ten years of heavy use is gone. The guys had great personalities, were very polite, on time, easy to understand their process. We would definitely recommend them for any and all leather work.
Lewis is awesome! He was quick to respond and to schedule our repair. He squeezed us in on a Tuesday morning to get started at which time I asked for a chair to also be repaired and he finished both the couch and chair on Wednesday. They both look fantastic! I couldn't be happier and highly recommend this company! Saved us a ton of money!!
I drove 2 hours to my cabin to meet Lew. He came promptly on a cold morning to fix some scratches on my grand cherokee dashboard. I am so glad I made the trip. Now I can drive my car without being distracted by a dash that drove me crazy to look at. Lew was so pleasant and did a great job. We had a bad mold/mildew stain on our boat seats that would not come out no matter what we tried. Fibrenew had what it takes to remove the stain and we are so happy with the results!! Lew was wonderful to work with as well. We would highly recommend this company!
We had tried everything to get the smell out of a used vehicle we purchased. We tried the expensive ozone treatments from call dealerships, all the baking soda remedies and nothing worked. We then tried the car deodorizer from Fibrenew Northern Lakes and it worked! We are so pleased with the outcome and the cost was much less!
